Myddelton Square Association recognises that privacy of your personal information. Myddelton Square Association may hold the following information about its members or former members.

• Address and contact details (email and/or telephone number)
• A record of whether you have paid the subscription for the current year.

This information is used to inform members, local residents and property owners about meetings and activities of the Myddelton Square Association, about local matters that they may be interested in or affected by, and for subscription renewals.

The data which MSA holds is not shared with any other organisation and is not sold to third parties. The key controller for this information is the Chairperson with support from the MSA Treasurer and the Membership Secretary.
