We recognise that privacy of your personal information is important. Below, you will information on the type of personal info we receive and collect when you visit this website, and how we safeguard your information.
This is to advise you of Myddelton Square Association’s position regarding the GDPR legislation which became enforceable on 25.05.2018.
MSA’s position is quite simple. The only information MSA holds about you is: your name, address and some contact details (email and/or telephone number) and a note of whether you have paid the subscription for the current year.
The data which MSA holds is not shared with any other organisation and it is not sold to third parties. The key controller for this information will nominally be the Chairperson with support from the MSA Treasurer and the Membership Manager for the database.
On this basis, unless we hear from any individual to the contrary regarding the holding of their data under the new legislation, MSA will administer the membership database with the stated information, but in fulfilment of the GDPR legislative requirements.
